- Zooming and Angle of View
o
To zoom in or out, right click and drag the mouse (Main
scene or selection window).
o
To rotate the station or the item in the selection window
(top right), simply left click the mouse and drag.
o
The information window (bottom right) provides real time
instructions and information at any time.
- Selecting and Placing Objects
o
To add, remove, or reset an item, select the corresponding
radio button and click on a thumbnail of the item to select it
- Moving and Orienting Objects
o
To move or rotate an item, select the corresponding radio
button and click on a thumbnail of the item to select it. The move mode
brings up a compass, which shows the direction of the move. Simply click on
the scene and drag to move the selected item to the desired position. The
information window will provide real time distances (in meters) of the moving
object from other objects. The rotate feature rotates an item 45°
counterclockwise.

Check or uncheck the component move checkbox to
toggle between station browse and component move modes.
o
To scale the fence check the fence scaling checkbox and
select the desired fence wall. Then click on the upper part of the scene to
shrink or lower part of the scene to elongate.
o
To generate a Codes &
Standards report about any item, select the Gen. Report radio button, Select a jurisdiction and click on the desired thumbnail.

Click on the title of any Code or Standard to go to
its related website.
§
For a Site Level Report
click on the corresponding button
o
To generate a site-wide general report, click on Site Level Query
button. This will generate a Codes & Standards report about all the items
present in the current design.

Click on the title of any Code or Standard to go to
its related website.

To generate a Distances
& Clearance Report click on the corresponding button. This
report also informs of the fence dimensions and area.
q For
a Closest Distances Report click on the
corresponding button.
- Save or Load Station Designs
o
To save the current station design, click on the Save Design button. A
new window will open where you can enter a file name or click on an existing file name to overwrite it. Click
on the Save
button.
q To
delete a saved design. Click on the Delete hyperlink in front of the file name.
q To
load a previously saved design, click on Load Design button and then click on
any of the saved file names.
o
Use the performance slider to adjust the scene size for
better performance.
o
The remaining features are self-explanatory.
